The best way to reach the San Vicente Campus is via the Mediterranean motorway A-7/E-15 (exit 70). The N-330 road connects Madrid through the Vinalopó valley. The N-332 road links the towns on the Mediterranean coast with Alicante.

The Madrid-Alicante railway line has the Alicante-Término Station (RENFE) in Avda. de Salamanca. The Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV), the popular “trenet”, links Denia and Benidorm with La Marina Station, next to the Postiguet beach.

The city bus lines that connect Alicante with the San Vicente Campus are 24, 36 and 37, with stops at different points.
